Who is responsible
The operator of pinnacleapi.dev (contact: [email protected]) is the data controller for this website.
What we collect
- Email address, only if you submit the Migration Kit form. Stored with the page you submitted it from, the time, and your IP address (for abuse prevention). Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw by unsubscribing or emailing us.
- Server logs: IP address, requested URL, user agent, referrer. Kept up to 30 days for security and capacity planning. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Analytics: if enabled, privacy-respecting aggregate analytics (page views by page and country). No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set cookies under Google's policy. The pinnodds referral link stores the referral code in your browser's local storage on pinnodds.com, not here.
Third parties
Traffic is routed through Cloudflare (DDoS protection and caching). When you follow a link to pinnodds or any other provider, their privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
